Inlaks offers scholarships and also facilitates art practices through its collaborations with residency spaces in India and abroad. It offers the Fine Arts Award to 4-5 artists every year, as well as stand-alone residency opportunities in India, the UK, USA and Italy.
Art writers are eligible for Writing Grants, awarded in collaboration with TAKE on India, and museum professionals are awarded fellowships and a training programme offered by the British Museum. Inlaks prides itself on being open to a wide range of subjects, many of which are not covered by other fund-giving bodies.
